How Hybrid Eye Exams Works

We've built our practice a little differently. You'll be welcomed and guided through your visit by one of our skilled, in-person technicians — the same friendly faces, visit after visit. They'll run your testing, walk you through what's next, and make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. Then you'll meet with your doctor by video for your consultation — the same trusted doctors, every time, giving you the continuity of a practice that actually knows you.

It's not a shortcut. It's a smarter way to bring excellent eye care to a smaller community that deserves it, without the wait times or revolving door of providers.

Our Pricing and Insurance Approach

We know not accepting insurance isn't ideal for everyone, and we don't take that lightly. Accepting insurance often means higher volumes, longer waits, billing errors, and added administrative strain — all of which can affect the care and attention you receive.

Staying cash-pay lets us keep things simple, unhurried, and personal. It also means your payment goes directly to our wonderful team, helping us pay our staff a competitive, livable wage, not insurance overhead.

Our main goal is to be financially strong enough to competitively hire and retain an in-person doctor who can be a staple for the Valley community's eye health. As our practice grows, we'll continue evaluating with humility and care what's the best approach to serve this community.

The one exception: Costco employees covered under EyeMed or Aetna insurance are accepted.

Here's what to expect:

• Glasses Exam — $125

• Glasses + Contact Lens Exam (existing wearers) — $165

• Glasses + New Contact Lens Exam (first-time wearers) — $195, New to contacts? We set aside extra time for hands-on training with our technician team, covering proper care and good eye health habits, and ensuring correct fit so you leave comfortable and confident wearing your contacts.
