As a valued business partner, We accept Costco employee plans under EyeMed and Aetna.

For all other insurances (VSP, EyeMed, Premera, etc), you can still use your insurance. Instead of us billing insurance, you’d pay us directly at the exam and we provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursements. Our team can provide clear instructions on how to complete that.
